Write With Courage!

In less time than your commute takes we bring you a dose of danger from today's exciting writers including Scott Adams, Peter Hitchens and Nick Cohen. “An idea that is not dangerous is unworthy of being called an idea at all.” Oscar Wilde. Your host Thor, mines for stories of previous failures, useable writing tips, and discovers how they got published to begin with! We bring the sort of Libertarian conversation, which happens when you are willing to listen and debate with writers of all political or religious persuasions and none. Might you be a writer with courage?

Hear Thor Holt www.thorholt.com/writer-podcast/  in conversation with writer and journalist Peter Hitchens. Peter is not afraid to write his truth even if that means some sharp edges. Topics included quotes and advice for writers, drugs, porridge, and Peter's run in with Moscow Police while living in Russia!

Peter Hitchens won the Orwell Prize for political journalism in 2010. One of the Orwell Prize judges, Peter Kellner, described Hitchens's writing as being "as firm, polished and potentially lethal as a Guardsman's boot." Both Peter and his Brother Christopher certainly had the capacity to grow into compelling writers and communicators.

Say hello to Peter on Twitter @clarkemicah (yes, that really is his twitter handle) and make sure to tell him Write With Courage sent you!

Write With Courage Podcast will only ever work commercially with organisations who fit with our values: encouragement and freedom. This is why we are sponsored by Audible. Go and get a free trial audio book, because; you can listen to it in the car, your eyes won't get sore reading and because we spend eight hours (480 minutes) or more in research, logistics to get guests on, admin etc. all to bring you the show for free :)

Go to http://www.audibletrial.com/WriteWithCourage  right now and take just one minute of your time to get set up with your FREE audio book. I'd suggest Peter Hitchens 'The Abolition of Britain: From Winston Churchill to Princess Diana' or better yet, 'The War We Never Fought: The British Establishment's Surrender to Drugs' because the powers that be detested this book!
